The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services as necessary to support the Northern Virginia District projects during design, procurement, construction, and post construction phases for programs, projects, activities and work packages under a Fixed Billable Rate contract. Pursuant to Section 2.2-4343.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, VDOT does not discriminate against faith-based organizations.
