Contract 8733 - Hawthorne, Lake, W Dayton

This project consists of installation of new playground equipment and/or nature play features, benches, playground safety surfacing, underdrain, asphalt paths and associated sitework at four (4) City of Madison park locations including Kennedy Park, Ontario Park, Sandburg Park, and Skyview Park.

This work generally consists of the replacement and upgrades to the existing lighting and electrical systems under the Monona Terrace parking structure.

This project includes the demolition of the house at 346 E. Lakeside Street and the restoration of the site to turf and a gravel path. The house is located on Lake Monona between another residential property and existing park property. Major features to be removed include: the house, garage, deck, fence lines, concrete path, asphalt drive, and existing vegetation.

This project consists of the replacement of a pedestrian bridge at Olin Park in Madison, WI including but not limited to the following: • Removal of existing bridge • Bridge fabrication, delivery and installation of new bridge on existing abutments

This contract is for improvements to the Engineering Services Building (ESB) Locker Room located at 1600 Emil Street, Madison, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, removal and construction of interior walls, removal and replacement of slabs on grade, and interior renovations to create 12 individual use restrooms (4 of these rooms also have showers), and a general locker room area within the footprint of the existing building.
