Contract 9726 - Country Grove Singletrack Trail

A new addition to the existing Unit Well 19 building to house treatment equipment for removal of iron, manganese and radium. Site work includes grading, landscaping as well as on-site utility work.

The work shall include, but is not limited to excavation, clearing & grubbing, replacement of sanitary sewer main & laterals, water main & services, storm sewer, asphalt pavement, roadway base course, curb & gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk and ramps, ground restoration, and pavement markings.

A new public and private development opportunity that includes the demolition and replacement of the existing State Street Campus Garage (SSCG) at 415 North Lake Street. The proposed building project will be completed in two construction phases. Phase 1 –the Public Works project titled State Street Campus Garage Mixed-Use Project - includes demolition of the existing SSCG and proposed construction will include an intercity bus terminal, public parking structure, and “gray box” spaces for final build out by a private Developer (i.e. Mortenson Development, Inc.). Phase 2 –constructed by the Developer and not included in the scope of this contract- will include private housing components built on top and within the Phase 1 construction.

Work includes repairing the walls, roof, floor and utility connections. The project will take place within a 15'x6' and 12x6' reinforced concrete box culvert within University Ave. The project limits are University Ave., from Grand Ave. to Schmidt Pl.

Remodel existing buildings, including site improvements, for the Metro Transit Hanson Road Satellite Bus Facility, located at 3829 and 3901 Hanson Road in Madison, WI. This remodel will provide bus storage and bus maintenance for 60ft electric articulated buses for the Metro Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system. The facility was previously a FedEx distribution center.
