Replacement of curb and gutter, drive aprons, sidewalk ramps included truncated domes (supplied by City of Madison) and adjusting inlets and castings (supplied by City of Madison) in advance of pavement pulverizing/milling and paving.

Contractor may be required to replace temporary patches with permanent HMA patches.
