The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, construction of foundation for overhead bus charger, a building (restroom and electrical facilities), concrete pavement, HMA pavement, pavement resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, electrical, pavement marking, signs and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.

This project consists of water main improvements on Spohn Ave, from N Sherman Ave to Ruskin St located within an existing utility easement located at 1601 N Sherman Ave. The existing water main infrastructure in this area consists of 6-inch, and 10-inch sand cast iron pipe from the 1940’s.

This project constructs up to 6872 linear feet of off-road, bike optimized, single track trail in Country Grove Park and adjacent greenways.
