9801 - Madison LakeWay - SkyLine Improvements
The Madison LakeWay – SkyLine Improvements are the culmination of a multi-year collaboration among public and private partners to create a more welcoming, accessible, and vibrant public shoreline along Lake Monona. The project will provide a green, inviting linear parkway along one-half mile of shoreline adjacent to John Nolen Drive. The project scope builds upon work completed under the John Nolen Drive Reconstruction project (WisDOT Project# 5992-11). The new SkyLine shoreline amenities include two boardwalks, a pier, pedestrian-scale site lighting, enhanced paths, seating and bicycle amenities, wayfinding signage, and extensive site landscaping. This single contract is for the construction of the Madison LakeWay – SkyLine Improvements for the Madison Parks Division.

Included with this contract is asphalt base patching, patch by grind (mill/overlay) citywide, and infrared patching, and replacement of pavement markings. 9780 - CIPP UV Lining Rehabilitation of Sewers Phase 1 - 2026
This contract shall include the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 11,859 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipelines ranging in size from 8” to 10” diameter. The trenchless rehabilitation will be accomplished using an Ultraviolet light cure CIPP system.

8827 - Annual Horizontal Sawcutting Concrete Sidewalk and Incidental Work (Districts 2 and 6)
The Contractor shall perform repair work primarily throughout the 2nd and 6th Aldermanic Districts. A list of approved repair locations and an area map of Aldermanic District 2 and 6 has been provided within these Special Provisions for reference. The list, however, is not a final list. Additional locations may be added. Horizontal sawcut/grind locations have been marked in the field with a pink line and a white “C”. The Contractor shall horizontally sawcut/grind sidewalk to eliminate trip hazards at those locations designated by the Common Council, and as directed by the Engineer.

8825 - Annual Construction and Reconstruction of Concrete Sidewalk and Incidental Concrete Curb and Gutter Work Ordered (Districts 2 and 6)
The Contractor shall perform repair work primarily throughout Alder Districts 2 and 6. This work includes replacing defective sidewalk, curb and gutter, and sidewalk ramps, including truncated domes (supplied by the contractor), and associated work. A list of repair locations and an area map have been provided within these Special Provisions for reference.
