This project consists of the reconstruction of the asphalt parking lot at Hoyt Park. Work includes removing the existing curb and gutter and asphalt and rebuilding the lot per the contract's plans. Resurfacing and reconstruction of some of the asphalt park paths are included in the contract. This project also adds some concrete sidewalk and a bio retention basin to the site.

Wilson St. The site was formerly part of the Government East Parking Ramp, and since the ramp was demolished, the site has been used for construction staging by various local Contractors working in the area. The last Contractor to occupy the space is anticipated to be offsite in November 2025.
