The work is a significant renovation the existing 1906 Lonz Mansion listed on National Historic Register. This project follows a minor abatement and stabilization project on the same structure. Improvements of interior and exterior of the historic building including new utilities, access and grounds and a small adjacent service building will prepare it for new use by the State of Ohio. The work includes modern plumbing and lighting fixtures with a period appropriate appearance, and recreating the details of the original structure to the extent feasible.
