Re-roofing of multiple buildings within various locations and areas o the Southeastern Correctional Institution, located in Lancaster, Ohio. Removal of existing shingle and membrane roofing systems and all substrate materials down to the existing structural roof decking and replacement of these materials with various configurations of new prefinished sheet metal standing seam roofing, membrane roofing systems, insulation (where applicable), shingle roofing systems, and wood materials. The new roofing systems shall flash into the existing exterior wall systems, membrane roofing systems, metal roof systems, and shall include new gutters/leader boxes, and downspouts.
