**REBID** Re-roofing of multiple buildings within one (01) distinct area of the Grafton Correctional Institution, located in Grafton, Ohio. Removal of existing membrane roofing systems and all substrate materials down to the existing structural roof decking and replacement of these materials with new membrane roofing systems, insulation (where applicable), and wood materials. The new roofing systems shall flash into the existing exterior wall systems, membrane roofing systems, metal roof systems, and shall include new gutters/leader boxes, and downspouts.
