Replacement of sidewalks and curbing around the main entrance to the high school, replacement of sidewalks, curbing and concrete approach slab at the bus garage, addition of a sidewalk at the northern end of the elementary school site, and the addition of new sidewalks and three concrete parking spaces at the baseball and softball fields.

Construction  of  a  new  horizontal  sliding  gate  vehicle  sally  port with 16’‐0” perimeter fence assemblies and the decommissioning of the existing sallyport. The new sallyport shall have a one story masonry bearing wall guard building with  an  inmate  shakedown area.  The  sallyport  will  tie  into  the existing population management perimeter fence and have  electronically  controlled  horizontal  crash  gate  assemblies, heavy duty asphalt and concrete pavements. All 16’  –  0”  high   chain  link  fence  assemblies  shall  have  institutional grade razor ribbon strings and a expanded shaker  system  which  ties  into  the  existing.   Once  the  new  sallyport is completely operational, the existing sallyport will  be  decommissioned  and  removed.   The  existing  sallyport grounds and pavements will be removed and regraded, utilities capped, and a new infill fence assemblies installed  at  the   demolished  sallyport  fence  areas.  The  existing inspection building will be relocated by the institution. New asphalt and concrete pavements will be constructed to Ohio  Department  of  Transportation  standards.   The  new  pavements tie into the existing perimeter drive on the exterior  side  of  the  population  management  fence  and  to  the existing vehicle service access drive on the interior of the  population  management  fence.   New  storm  water  management structures and drainage swales are created along the perimeter of the new roadways. Gas,  water,  storm,  electric  and  information  technology  primaries are installed to the new sallyport. These assemblies  support  new  interior  and  exterior  perimeter  fence mast lighting, security and gate operation communication  pathways.  Modifications  to  the  fence  shaker assembly is required and must communicate with the existing perimeter microwave detection system.
