The work for which bids are being accepted consists of approximately 10,100 square yards of full depth arterial roadway reconstruction, including full curb replacement, sidewalk replacement, multi-use path installation, streeting lighting improvements, storm sewer upgrades, and other related work. The work is comprised of improvements in three separate areas in Whitehall, Ohio on Duchene/Norton Lane, Fairway Circle, and Etna Road. The scope of work includes approximately 3800 lineal feet of 8-in water main installation, as well as a variety related work, including sidewalk, curb & gutter, roadway resurfacing, and restoration.

Project consists of demo and replacement of existing hot and chilled water throughout the building. 1. Piping to remain includes: a. Piping running over the gun range b. Piping running below stairs c. Piping in floor slab d. Piping serving the North addition running through Corridor 006. Demo and replace existing fan coil units. e. Fan coil 6, 7 and 8 will be replaced as Alternate 2. The project also includes the addition of AHU-2 serving the weight room, addition of EF-3 and ductwork serving the lower level restrooms, the replacement of cabinet unit heaters in the stairs, adding sensors to old garage and radio equipment room to monitor thru the BAS, adding FCU-5 and associated piping to women’s locker room, replacement of all plumbing fixtures in the new shower rooms in the basement, rework plumbing in the basement shower rooms to include the new showers, add new water heater and recirculating pump to the basement mechanical room, and connect all new equipment to the BAS system.
