The Medina County Human Services Building Fenestration Project will replace the building’s existing exterior window, storefront and entry door assemblies with new, code-compliant systems. The work will include associated selective demolition, masonry maintenance, insulation, weather barriers, flashing, sealants and exterior and interior finish work necessary to provide complete and properly installed assemblies. The project is located at 246 Northland Drive in Medina, with an architect’s estimated construction cost of $1.15 million.
