The Tribes are requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional artists and artist teams interested in creating public art associated with transportation infrastructure projects on the Colville Indian Reservation. This RFQ is intended to establish a qualified artist roster for future transportation-related art opportunities. Projects may include, but are not limited to: • Bridges and bridge approaches • Roundabouts and traffic circles • Shared-use pathways, sidewalks, and trails • Transportation corridors, gateways, and wayfinding elements • Transit-related facilities Selection to the qualified roster does not guarantee award of a project. Artists on the roster may be invited to participate in project-specific selections, interviews, or design phases as individual transportation projects are developed.
