Bid Express Sign Tool Technical Assistance

The Bid Express Sign Tool is an Info Tech, Inc. cryptographic ActiveX® control. Several functions on the Bid Express website require this library to be installed locally on your computer. You must comply with the system requirements to run these functions. In some cases, your browser’s ActiveX security settings may need to be adjusted to allow the Sign Tool to be installed or used.

Each time a new version of the Bid Express service is released, you will need to upload the Sign Tool software. You may get a Sign Tool error when you attempt to import a digital ID, submit a bid, or execute a bid opening.
