This Project will include a new building with updated labs, support spaces and offices that will be relocated from other campus buildings, demolition of existing sheds, and renovation and repurposing of existing labs.

Plymouth County Sheriff Roof Replacement, Plymouth, MA. This Project is for reroofing of approximately 108,068 square feet. The new roof assembly will consist of vapor retarder, two layers of insulation (R-30 minimum), cover board, and PVC roof membrane. Construction of roof replacement includes, but is not limited to, metal framing; carpentry; waterproofing, dampproofing and caulking; roofing; stairs and railings; mechanical; electrical; plumbing. Roxbury Community College Dudley House Exterior, Boston (Roxbury), MA. This Project is for renovation of the exterior of Dudley House, including siding and trim, insulation, windows, roofing, ornamental railings, rebuilt porches and stairs. The Project also includes structural upgrades and a small addition to house a future stair. This Project also includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Masonry; Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Painting. Mechanical & Plumbing Preventive Maintenance and Control Center Monitoring for Certain State Buildings in Boston, Salem and Lowell, MA. This Project is to provide a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract to include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance (including all PM required parts and materials), repairs and requested emergency services and incidental extra services for all Mechanical Equipment and Plumbing Equipment. Contract will include the following seven locations, including Monitoring Services of the Control Center in the McCormack Building: Massachusetts State House, John W. McCormack Building, Charles F. Hurley Building, Erich V. Lindemann Mental Health Center, Lowell Superior Courthouse, Lowell District Court, Salem Superior Courthouse/County Commissioners Building.
