This Project is for renovation of the exterior of Dudley House, including siding and trim, insulation, windows, roofing, ornamental railings, rebuilt porches and stairs. The Project also includes structural upgrades and a small addition to house a future stair. Mechanical & Plumbing Preventive Maintenance and Control Center Monitoring for Certain State Buildings in Boston, Salem and Lowell, MA. This Project is to provide a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract to include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance (including all PM required parts and materials), repairs and requested emergency services and incidental extra services for all Mechanical Equipment and Plumbing Equipment. Elevator Preventive Maintenance Services for Certain State Buildings in Westborough, Springfield, W. Springfield and Pittsfield, MA. This project is to provide all services related to providing testing, inspection, preventive maintenance and Incidental Extra Services for repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Elevator Systems and Equipment in the buildings referenced in this procurement, which includes, but is not limited to, all cabs, cables, machine room equipment, and all systems, components and equipment covered by 524 CMR Massachusetts Elevator and Escalator Code.
