This project is to provide all services related to providing testing, inspection, preventive maintenance and Incidental Extra Services for repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Elevator Systems and Equipment in the buildings referenced in this procurement, which includes, but is not limited to, all cabs, cables, machine room equipment, and all systems, components and equipment covered by 524 CMR Massachusetts Elevator and Escalator Code. DOC - MCI Gardner - Ventilation System Upgrades, Gardner, MA. This Project is for modifications and upgrades to the existing ventilation system to meet the current requirements of the building code. Numerous upgrades to architectural, electrical, and structural systems are required to support the new mechanical equipment. Six new mechanical units will be required in the attic space. New steel dunnage will be constructed to support the new units. Three new units will be required in the basement, with new concrete areaways to provide fresh air to these units.
