Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for Massachusetts State House in Boston MA. DCAMM seeks the services of an experienced and qualified Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment contractor, either licensed as an Electrical Contractor in Massachusetts or employs staff with Technician D Licenses, to enter a Fire Alarm and Protection Systems and Equipment Preventive Maintenance Service Contract to include testing, inspection, preventative maintenance (including all PM required parts and materials). This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.

OCA – Office of the Child Advocate Interior Retrofit McCormack Building 13th Floor, Boston, MA. The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 5,000 SF of currently unoccupied space on Level 13 of the McCormack Building. The renovation includes a new layout with a mixture of private offices and shared offices, workstations and open collaboration spaces, a medium-sized conference room, training room, two huddle rooms, a new kitchenette and new wellness room. Plymouth County Sheriff Roof Replacement - Phase 2, Plymouth, MA. The project is the second phase roof replacement of the SDP Plymouth County Sheriff Department building. The areas to be reroofed comprise approximately 68,000 square feet out of the entire approximate 170,000 square foot roof. The new roof assembly will consist of vapor retarder, two layers of insulation (R-30 minimum), cover board, and PVC roof membrane. This Project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is Roofing. DCP - Monson Campus - Buildings 7 & 8 - Deconstruction & Demolition, Monson, MA. This Project consists of a comparative case study for the deconstruction of Building 7 - Hillside Ward and the demolition of Building 8 - Hampden Ward on the campus of Monson State Hospital. Abatement of hazardous materials is required in both structures prior to deconstruction or demolition activities. Slate roofs on both structures will be addressed under (2) separate Non-Traditional Work Plans. The Category of Work is General Building Construction OR Demolition.
