Washington Parish Government requests proposals from qualified contractors for Debris Removal and Disposal Services. It is the intent of this solicitation to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost to the Parish. This solicitation by the Parish will result in the selection of an experienced firm to remove and lawfully dispose of disaster-generated debris (other than household putrescible garbage) from public property and public rights-of-way and to setup and operate Debris Management Sites (DMS) in Washington Parish immediately after a hurricane or other disaster.

Washington Parish Government is now accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 1 very clean and well maintained used Peterbilt 385 Daycab Tractor Truck, or comparable.

Washington Parish Government will be accepting sealed bids for the following supplies for the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 purchasing cycle: 1. Road Petroleum Products: Tack Oil (EPR 1 & CSS-1-H), Tar (CRS 2), Hot and Cold Mix. 2. Gravel Products: Wash, Road, #67 and Pea Gravel, Sand, Clay, Crushed Gravel, Limestone 3. Signs: Road Signs, Posts and Hardware 4. Other Road / Equipment materials: Flowable Fill; Culverts; Bridge Timbers and Materials; Grader Blades; Fuel (Unleaded Gasoline & Diesel)

The Parish is interested in procuring the services of a consulting firm to provide project management services to manage elevation projects, acquisitions projects, monitor construction projects, and consult with agencies for compliance with the HMGP and/or CDBG as well as other applicable mitigation project management activities.
