2022 Annual Supply Bids
Washington Parish Government will be accepting sealed bids for the following supplies for the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 purchasing cycle:
1. Road Petroleum Products: Tack Oil (EPR 1 & CSS-1-H), Tar (CRS 2), Hot and Cold Mix.
2. Gravel Products: Wash, Road, #67 and Pea Gravel, Sand, Clay, Crushed Gravel, Limestone
3. Signs: Road Signs, Posts and Hardware
4. Other Road / Equipment materials: Flowable Fill; Culverts; Bridge Timbers and Materials; Grader Blades; Fuel (Unleaded Gasoline & Diesel)

The Parish is interested in procuring the services of a consulting firm to provide project management services to manage elevation projects, acquisitions projects, construction projects, and consult with agencies for compliance under the Hazard mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and/or the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) as well as other applicable mitigation project management activities.
