The proposed work includes the installation of new fiber optic infrastructure, including approximately 17,816 lineal feet of 1.5-inch underground HDPE fiber conduit via horizontal directional drilling, 14,156 lineal feet of 2 x 1.5-inch underground HDPE fiber conduit (2 parallel conduit runs pulled together) via horizontal directional drilling, 9,460 lineal feet of new aerial fiber, approximately 53,471 lineal feet of fiber optic cable (various strand count), installation of underground fiber vaults and handholes and the subsequent installation of fiber optic cable and appurtenances, and testing in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Bidders are required to provide a price for Labor Only.

Middleton and Stow Road Sidewalk Installation, Phase 1
The proposed work consists of the construction of Phase 1 ONLY of the plans which consists of approximately 2.52 miles of five (5) foot class C concrete sidewalk, storm improvements, ADA curb ramps, lighting upgrades, intersection improvements and signing along Middleton Road between Darrow Road (SR 91) and I-480 and Stow Road between Middleton Road and Chamberlin Blvd. Future phases of sidewalk construction along the west end of Middleton Road (between Valley View Road and Darrow Road) and Stow Road (between Chamberlin Blvd. and I-480) will be completed at a separate time under a separate contract. The project also includes driveway improvements, curb installation, necessary grading and restoration, water quality improvements and pavement repairs in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site and understand the limits of the project and existing conditions.
