The proposed work consists of the furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, tools, material, and equipment (except equipment furnished by OWNER and installed by the CONTRACTOR) to complete all Work necessary for the construction of the City of Hudson City Hall Board Room AV Project in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with plan drawings and specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department.

The proposed work consists of the construction of Phase 2 ONLY of the plans which consists of approximately 1.23 miles of five (5) foot class C concrete sidewalk, storm improvements, ADA curb ramps, lighting upgrades, intersection improvements and signing along Middleton Road between Darrow Road (SR 91) and Valley View Road). The project also includes driveway improvements, curb installation, necessary grading and restoration, water quality improvements and pavement repairs in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site and understand the limits of the project and existing conditions.

The proposed work consists of the installation of a five (5) foot wide sidewalk approximately 1,195 feet long along Owen Brown Street from Lennox Road to Morse Road, to include parapet wall and railing, conduit, pull boxes, limited curbing, pavement mill and fill, drainage and traffic control devices in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of the cleaning of all City-owned/occupied buildings and properties, to include, but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, hard surface floor care, dusting, waste receptacles, restrooms, carpet cleaning and any other miscellaneous cleaning tasks as requested. Services are to be completed in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department.

The proposed work consists of reshaping and removing sediment/debris from approximately 575 lineal feet of existing ditch on private property south of Willow Lake Drive cul-de-sac in the City of Hudson, Ohio.
