SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the office of the County Engineer of Hamilton County, Ohio 223 West Galbraith Road, Galbraith Garage, Cincinnati, Ohio until Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for the following County work, under Project No. 502305. EAST MIAMI RIVER ROAD ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS in Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio Detailed information for the work may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or accept or reject any part thereof.

The services include Construction Inspection and Construction Administration services for the PID# 118672 project within Hamilton County, Ohio. This construction project consists of Intersection Improvements at Mc Cauly and Conrey Intersections. Fields Ertel/McCauly Road: Roadway widening to add turn lanes and the installation of a new traffic signal. • Fields Ertel/Conrey Road: Installation of a roundabout to replace the existing three-way stop. The Consultant shall perform inspection, materials testing, construction engineering, and project management to document the work completed by the HCEO’s Contractor in compliance with ODOT’s LPA Federal Local Let Project process. The project is located in the City of Sharonville and Sycamore Township and is funded with Federal, State, and local funds.
