2027 Pedestrian Crossing Improvements The improvement includes new Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon signals, new pedestrian signals, updated school zone flashing assemblies and speed feedback, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) curb and gutter, PCC sidewalks, pavement markings, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 684-001/049, located at the following locations: 806 Hoffman Avenue (Madison Elementary), Southridge Mall Entrance and E Army Post Road, South Union Street and Army Post Road, Fleur Drive and Army Post Road, 2309 Euclid Avenue (Polk County River Place), 5016 Park Avenue (Monarch Cement), 5912 University Avenue (St. Theresa Catholic School and Windsor Elementary), 5301 Grand Avenue (Merrill Middle School), 4320 Grand Avenue (St. Augustin Catholic School), 2501 Park Avenue (Brody Middle School), and 1610 SE 6th Street (McKinley Elementary)

WRA Joint Trunk – Phase 14, Segment 3 This improvement includes construction of sanitary sewer, including all labor, materials, and equipment for excavation and backfill of approximately 12,903 feet of 60-inch and 3,749 feet of 66-inch sanitary sewer in open cut construction; 2,426 feet of 60-inch and 565 feet of 66-inch sanitary sewer in trenchless construction, manholes and special structures, bypass pumping, dewatering, storm sewer replacement, water main replacement, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) replacement, temporary traffic control, erosion control, seeding, flow metering equipment and install with new electrical service, cleanup, and miscellaneous work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File Nos. 683-054/184, located generally along Walnut Creek from I-35/I-80 to 73rd Street in the cities of Clive, West Des Moines, and Windsor Heights in Iowa.
