CAP25-0236 - Greer Campus Additions - Enid, OK - Oklahoma Human Services

Work includes demolition and removal of the vacant building located at 1514 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton OK 73501 to include all materials and equipment required to demolish existing structures, remove loose debris, cut/plug/abandon all existing utilities and grade, drain and sod the disturbed site.

Upgrade existing elevator to comply with new codes including but not limited to, elevator equipment upgrades, elevator cab standard finish upgrade allowance, drywall/acoustical, glazing, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

Work will consist of scraping/shaving topsoil from nearby ground directly inside manipulated developed units (work area) and depositing onto the dikes that surrounds the unit to build up elevation from erosion, fill in holes, and beaver runs.
