Update and/or replace all hardware and software associated with the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) for the water treatment plant located at Camp Gruber Training Center.

This work shall consist of concrete burial and miscellaneous debris, trash on the south portion of permit sourcing onsite material to cover. The work will be completed by either pushing concrete downslope to the north of the plateau area and covering with available material and or excavating pits to accommodate concrete and debris and covering with the material onsite.
