Township of Nottawa - Coldwater Lake Low Pressure Sewer, Pump Station, and Force Main - Contract 1 and 2 - The project includes the following Work: Contract 1 includes: approximately 66,500 lft of 1.5 inch to 6 inch pressure sewer, 285 simplex grinder pump stations, 2 duplex grinder stations, and 1 special duplex grinder station, 33 flushing connections, 21 gate valves, 7 air release valves, misc storm sewer repair, HMA paving, and cleanup and restoration. Contract 2 includes: a new 30hp duplex self-priming pump station and enclosure with associated electrical and SCADA appurtenances, site piping, magnetic flow meter, gravel drive, approximately 8,600 lft of 8 inch force main including: 2 cleanout/air release assemblies, 4 cleanout assemblies, Beal City Pump Station site improvements including a new emergency storage basin and associated piping, and cleanup and restoration.

RE-BID: Village of Fowlerville - Fowlerville Park: Contract 2 - Removal and replacement of the existing bituminous parking lot, construction of pickleball courts, sidewalk, curb and gutter, a water service, sanitary pipe, and storm pipe and detention ponds.

Village of Fowlerville - The Project includes the following Work: Removal and replacement of the existing bituminous parking lot, construction of a new pavilion, sidewalk, curb and gutter, a water service, sanitary pipe, and storm pipe and detention ponds. An OPTIONAL pre-bid conference for the project will be held on April 16, 2025 at 10:00am at the Fowlerville Village Offices located at 213 S Grand Ave Fowlerville, MI 48836.

Village of Pinckney - Work consists of drilling a 200 foot deep test well including a 12" steel casing to a depth of 75 feet, testing, and cleaning. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $57,690.00. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days.

Village of Fowlerville - Road reconstruction including +/-5,000 tons of HMA pavement, +/- 5,500' of concrete curb and gutter, +/- 35,000 Sft of sidewalk, earth excavation, embankment, +/- 3,400' of storm sewer, +/- 2,500' of sanitary sewer, +/- 700' of water main, and pavement markings. Breakdown of quantities for each location/category located in the Schedule of Items. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $4,533,000. The Project has an expected duration of 208 days.
