The work consists of, and the contractor will be paid for the design, supply, delivery and construction of a post frame building around an existing salt storage pad at the Mad River Township building located at 2773 Vance Road, St. Paris, Ohio 43072. The Champaign County Engineer will receive bids for this project on behalf of the Mad River Township Trustees. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineer’s office located at 428 Beech Street, Urbana, Ohio 43078 no later than 12:00 PM on September 1, 2022. The Mad River Township Trustees will open the bids during their 7:30PM meeting on September 1st at 2773 Vance Road, St. Paris, Ohio 43072.

It is the intent of these specifications to describe the materials and methods required to resurface Dellinger Road, Middle Urbana Road, and Three Mile Road in Champaign County, Ohio. The extent of the project will correspond with the limits as provided with the plan schematic included with this project. The work consists of, and the contractor will be paid for the installation of: MIDDLE URBANA AND THREE MILE ROADS – wearing course removed, asphalt surface course, stabilized crushed aggregate berm, paint striping, and traffic control. DELLINGER ROAD – localized pavement repair, pavement planing, chip and seal interlayer, manholes and valve boxes adjusted, asphalt surface course, detector loops, stabilized crushed aggregate berm, paint striping, stop bars, and traffic control. The City of Urbana, Salem Township, and Urbana Township have entered into an agreement to complete a multi-jurisdictional project to resurface Dellinger Road, Three Mile Road, and a portion of Middle Urbana Road. This project has been awarded grant funding through the Ohio Public Works commission with a local match to be paid individually by each jurisdiction for the work completed on their respective roads or portions thereof. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $511,018.80.

Provide labor and materials required to place a cold constructed asphalt pavement on Kennard Kingscreek Road and McMahill Road in Champaign County, Ohio. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $254,345.20.

Cold constructed asphalt material placed on Heck Hill Road be Ward Road and Snapp Road in Champaign County, Ohio. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $120,000.00.
