Said improvement will involve the removal of the existing 36" corrugated metal pipe and any existing obstructions and installation of a new 42" 10 gauge aluminized corrugated metal pipe including premium bedding & backfill, concrete pre-cast half headwalls, ditching, guardrail, asphalt pavement and general excavation involving ditch realignment & fine grading in preparation of seeding and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings.

Said improvement will involve the replacement and/or upgrade of traffic signals and related traffic control components at three intersections. The included intersections are the northern and southern intersections of C.H. 70 Fenn Road and C.H. 22 Marks Road and the intersection of West Reagan Parkway and C.H. 22 Marks Road. Included components include signal heads at two intersections, component cabinets at 2 intersections, controllers at 3 intersections, preemption equipment at 3 intersections, radar component installation to replace traffic loops at 3 intersections, uninterruptible power supply replacement at 3 intersections and stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications to all aspects of the improvement. The intersections shall be remain open for the duration of the project and the project completion shall be May 1, 2024.

Said improvement will involve the removal of existing concrete pavement/sidewalks, asphalt pavement repairs, pavement milling, installation of new 2-2A catch basins and enclosure, new sidewalks with handicap accessible ramps and detectable warning devices, asphalt pavement, construction of new concrete approaches and crack seal in the City of Medina, Medina County, Ohio.
