T.H. 124 Yost Road Culvert No.9 Replacement will involve the reconstruction of the existing 12" enclosure & removal of the existing 94" x 58" CMP Pipe Arch and installation of a new 87" x 63" 10 GA Aluminized CMP Pipe Arch and 12" CPSLP including premium bedding & backfill, half-headwalls, ditching, ditch enclosures, asphalt pavement, guardrail installation and general excavation involving ditch realignment & fine grading in preparation of seeding and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings. The road shall be closed for a maximum of 30 calendar days.

The work within the limits of this improvement includes the removal and replacement of the existing basketball court, installation of new basketball hoops, excavation for and installation of a new asphalt pickleball court, grading and installation of 2-2B catch basins and underdrains, with top soil and seeding and mulching and other incidental items as shown in the plans, stipulated in the plan notes or as directed by Liverpool Township. The park shall remain open and construction shall be completed within 45 calendar days. The substantial completion date shall be June 16th, 2025 and the final completion date shall be no later than July 1st, 2025.

Proposal No.1 will involve the removal of the existing concrete parking lot, installation of a new 2-2C catch basin and enclosure, and 8” fiber-reinforced concrete. This section of the parking lot shall be closed for a maximum of 30 calendar days. Proposal No.2 will involve the removal of existing concrete pavement/sidewalks and asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement repairs, pavement milling, new sidewalks with handicap accessible ramps and detectable warning devices, 8” fiber-reinforced concrete including type 6 integral curbing, and 2 1/4” asphalt pavement. Alternate No.2A will involve the removal of existing concrete pavement/sidewalks and asphalt pavement, new sidewalks with handicap accessible ramps and detectable warning devices, and 8” fiber-reinforced concrete. Proposal No.2 or 2A section of the parking lot shall be closed for a maximum of 60 calendar days. All proposals will include topsoil, seeding and mulching, pavement markings and stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings. Each proposal shall be bid as independent projects and each shall be complete in its entirety before the next phase of construction can begin.
