Said improvement will involve the removal of the existing 60” corrugated metal pipe, partial removal of the 12” ditch enclosure, and installation of a new partial 12” SLCPP ditch enclosure, 48”x76” elliptical reinforced concrete pipe culvert including premium bedding & backfill, concrete footers & wingwalls, asphalt pavement, Type 5 guardrail and general excavation involving ditch realignment & fine grading in preparation of seeding and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings.

Said improvement will involve the removal of the existing twin 72” CMP and installation of a new 16' x 6' 4-sided box culvert including premium bedding & backfill, concrete footers & wingwalls, ditching, ditch enclosures, guardrail, asphalt pavement and general excavation involving ditch realignment & fine grading in preparation of seeding and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings. The road shall be closed for a maximum of 45 calendar days. An Alternate for a "Cast-in-Place' Box culvert is also included in this bid.

Re-Application of pavement markings on various Township Roadways within Medina County as detailed in the bid documents and plans.

Said improvement will involve the removal of the existing concrete roadway & catch basins and installation of cement stabilization, 11” fiber-reinforced concrete including catch basins, curb under drains, driveway aprons and general excavation involving fine grading, stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings to all aspects of the improvement. The the road shall be closed for a maximum of 120 days and the project completion shall be September 30th , 2022.
