2021 Wilbur Road Paving Project
Said improvement will involve resurfacing approximately 2800 lineal feet of Wilbur Road commencing from SR 94 and progressing west using Type 1 ODOT Item 441 asphalt concrete pavement, installing pavement markings and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings. This project is needed to compliment the construction of a new Highland Elementary School that will have be installing a new turn lane on Wilbur Road. The County will then resurface the entire section and install the new pavement markings. The new widened section of road, being completed by the school district, is to be completed by August 1, 2021, allowing for the work described as part of this contract to be built prior to the September 3, 2021 project completion date.
