Said improvement will involve the abandonment/replacement of an existing 8” water main, removal/replacement of existing culverts including the installation of a 5’ x 3’ concrete box culvert with concrete footers & full height wingwall. Ditch enclosures, catch basins, excavation/embankment, full depth pavement removal and other subgrade preparations and asphalt pavement as detailed in the plans for the road realignment will also be included. There shall be two phases to complete this project. Phase one shall include all water main and culvert construction and the roadway shall be closed for a maximum of 45 calendar days. The completion date for phase one shall be November 28th, 2025. Phase two shall include all excavation/embankment and paving construction for the realignment and the roadway shall be closed for a maximum of 45 calendar days.
