The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable roofing company to perform a roof replacement on the 5000 ton salt dome located at the Blue Ash Service Garage at 6131 Interstate Circle, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. This project is estimated to cost $100,000.00. We are utilizing a Lump Sum Price Contract for this project. Selection will be made based on lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder of the BASE BID.

Reconstruction of a deteriorating bridge (HAM-KNWD-0001) on Kenwood Road in Blue Ash, Ohio. The project involves replacing the concrete bridge deck, concrete bridge abutments, approach roadways, and adjacent pedestrian bridge. CONSTRUCTION SHALL TAKE PLACE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, TO COMMENCE AFTER MAY 31, 2024, AND BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 2, 2024.

INSTALLATION OF APPROX. 24,220 LF OF ARMORED 96 FIBER OPTIC INTERCONNECT CABLE ALONG PORTIONS OF REED HARTMAN HWY AND CONNECTING ROADS; HUNT RD., COOPER RD., GLENDALE MILFORD RD., AND CREEK RD. THE INSTALLATION OF SIX (6) CCTV CAMERA SYSTEMS INCLUDING UPGRADING THE CITY'S GENETEC SECURITY CENTER SOFTWARE LICENSE THROUGH CENTRACS TO INCLUDE 35 ADDITIONAL CAMERA STREAMS. THE CCTV CAMERA'S WILL BE PLACED AT THE FOLLOWING INTERSECTIONS; REED HARTMAN HWY AT COOPER RD., CARVER RD., AND GLENDALE MILFORD RD., PLAINFIELD RD. AT SR 126 RAMPS, AND GLENDALE MILFORD RD. AT MCKINLEY RD AND KENWOOD RD.
