SUMMIT PARK ACCESS DRIVE AND PARKING LOT EXPANSION
THIS PROJECT CONSIST OF, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO PAVEMENT REMOVAL, EXCAVATION, GRADING, INSTALLATION OF A NEW ASPHALT PARK ACCESS DRIVE, COMPLETE WITH CURB AND SIDEWALK. INSTALLATION OF A BIOSWALE AND NEW STORM SYSTEM, INCLUDING CATCH BASINS AND MANHOLES. THIS PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES MILLING AND PAVING OF EXISTING SELECT PORTIONS OF PARKING LOT AND SIGNAGE, AND RESTORATION.
ALTERNATE #1 INCLUDES ADDITIONAL PAVEMENT REMOVED AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW SERVICE DRIVEWAY TO THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING.
THERE WILL BE A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2021, AT 9:00 A.M. LOCATED AT 4343 COOPER ROAD, BLUE ASH MUNICIPAL BUILDING, IN THE BLUE ASH CONFERENCE ROOM.
