UPDATE ON PRE-BID MEETING LOCATION FOR 8-25-25 The pre-bid meeting will be held AT THE DOCK at 10:00 am Monday, August 25, 2025. The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable Contractor to replace the existing Dock surface materials with a new and more durable material while utilizing the same footers, which have been reviewed by a Geotechnical Engineer and have been found to be sufficient to hold the newly proposed materials. The City is requesting proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publicly bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. This project is estimated to cost $100,000.00 We are utilizing a Lump Sum Price Contract for this project. Selection will be made based on the lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder of the BASE BID. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday August 25, 2025 located at 4335 Glendale-Milford Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242 at 10:00 AM at the Dock itself within the park. Access will be permitted, and you may bring equipment to best investigate the existing dock to place a complete and accurate bid.
