Carter Hall Demolition Project includes abatement of hazardous material as well as demolition of both Carter Hall East and Carter Hall West. The two dormitory buildings were originally built in 1964/1965 and total approximately 125,673gsf. Scope includes complete building and foundation demo and removal. Existing utilities will be cut and capped outside the building footprint. The site will be filled and seeded as the area will become green space after the demolition and available for future development.
