DBE GOAL 7%: Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consists of converting over 1,500 feet of narrow concrete median from Center Drive (Kroger Signal) to Courseview Drive to a full-width landscaped island. The project includes lighting improvements, a combination of City owned and Duke maintained fixtures, coordination with utility companies for the necessary relocation work, resurfacing of SR 741 from Center Drive to the I-71 northbound ramps and two traffic signal upgrades at SR 741/Courseview Drive & SR 741/Beach Boulevard.

Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of modifications to bunkers, tees, fairways, and greens for Holes 4, 5, 6 & 7.

Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of curb replacement, sidewalk replacement, curb ramps with truncated domes inlet catch basin repairs/replacement and underdrain.

DBE GOAL 8%: Description of Job: SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of widening SR 741 between Cox-Smith Road to Spyglass Hill to include two lanes in each direction with left turn lanes at all intersections, modifications to two existing signals at Stone Ridge Drive and Cox-Smith Road, street trees, street lighting, curb and gutter, storm sewer, a shared use path, sidewalk and landscaped medians.

Scope of work to be performed generally includes interior build out of office and classroom areas, restrooms, addition of stair and enclosure from pit, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for occupancy of building.
