SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under Contract A shall generally consist of mowing, landscaping, plaza maintenance and irrigation system maintenance and replacement in City right-of-way. Tasks include mowing, litter pick-up, installing and maintaining annual planting beds, mulching, watering, irrigation maintenance and repair, and applications of chemical herbicide and fertilizer.

Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of constructing concrete walk, asphalt paving & surfacing of parking lot, curb replacement, installation of storm sewer and irrigation, grading, and landscape.

Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of Blast Cleaning and Painting of (3) Clarifiers and (1) Thickener. Submerged Steel: Water dampen abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near white metal standard (the Contractor has the option to dry blast with a containment system including negative air pressure). Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system. Non-Submerged Steel: Water dampen abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near white metal standard (the Contractor has the option to dry blast with a containment system including negative air pressure). Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. As need metal patches / welds.

Scope of Work generally consists of curb replacement, sidewalk replacement/construction, inlet catch basin repairs/replacement, underdrains and truncated domes construction.

DBE GOAL: 8% Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed generally consists of construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Bethany Road and US 42 and a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Mason Morrow Millgrove Road and US 42. It also includes curb and gutter, storm sewer, water main, sidewalks, bike path, striping and landscaping.
