Request for Proposal
This project will construct street improvements on Laura St, including sidewalks, ADA ramps, bike lanes, curbs, stormwater facilities, and new pavement. It also includes replacing an existing 36” concrete stormwater pipe with an arch culvert. The segment to be improved is approximately 1,300’ long. The services required under this RFP include engineering design and studies/permitting necessary to obtain NEPA approval and clearances, obtain cultural/historic and archeological clearances, and prepare bidding and contract documents.
This RFP is a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Funding.
A DBE participation goal of 8.5% has been assigned for the Contract.
