Digester Cover Replacements at the Water Resource Recovery Facility
Electronic proposals for the furnishing of the materials, labor, equipment and necessary services to construct Digester Cover Replacements at the Water Resource Recovery Facility, Lucas County, Ohio will be received by Lucas County, Ohio, at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604, until Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time and at that time and place will be publicly opened. The proposed work consists of furnishing and installing all required components needed for removal of the three (3) existing aluminum geodesic dome digester covers, installation of three (3) new dual membrane digester covers and appurtenances, removal of sludge and cleaning interior of tanks, modifications to existing dual membrane storage tank covers, electrical components and control panel, modifications to SCADA, process piping and valves, concrete rehabilitation, standby natural gas generator for the digester cover blowers, other necessary appurtenances and related ancillary equipment as indicated on the project drawings as necessary for proper and complete performance.
