The proposed work under this Contract consists of extending City sewer to service ten lots within Ravenna Township per Ohio Environmental Protection Agency orders. Work includes providing and placing 1,175 lineal feet of 8” SDR35 pipe and appurtenances, installing new precast manholes, installing wyes and running 6” SDR35 sanitary laterals to existing septic tank laterals, decommissioning existing septic systems, installing provided water meters on well lines, abandoning common septic system manholes and plugging two discharge points, asphalt trench paving, replacing concrete and asphalt drive aprons, and replacing sidewalks and curb ramps disturbed during construction. The estimated cost for this project is $389,270.00.

The proposed work under this Contract consists of 24.35 pass miles of pavement striping, removal of various pavement markings and striping, and various painted pavement markings throughout the City. This project includes downtown striping but excludes striping on SR59 due to ODOT resurfacing. The estimated cost for this project is $81,437.00.

The proposed work under this Contract consists of asphalt milling, intermediate and surface course paving, full depth asphalt removal, concrete removal, and associated work items. This Contract contains four alternate items, three pertaining to the parking lot but the fourth proposes patching and resurfacing at Maple Grove Cemetery. The base estimated cost for this project is $74,000.00 and $116,700.00 total with all four alternates.

The proposed work under this contract consists of asphalt milling and paving, brick paving and associated work items, asphalt and concrete base repairs, concrete roadway repairs, sidewalk replacement and associated work items. The updated estimated cost for this project is $1,023,000.00

The proposed work under this Contract consists of approximately 25 pass miles of pavement striping and various painted pavement markings throughout the City, including downtown striping. The estimated cost for this project is $75,230.00.
