St. Tammany Parish Library-Mandeville Branch Reno------------------------------------------St. Tammany Parish Government requires a contractor to perform renovations to the existing Mandeville Branch Library. The project includes improvements to both the exterior and interior of the facility as indicated in the bid documents. The work shall be broken out into a Base Bid and Alternates, as indicated in the drawings.

Tammany Trace Bridge #13------------------------ This project consists of the removal of the existing 252.21-foot timber bridge along the Tammany Trace and its replacement with a new 255-foot prefabricated steel truss bridge. Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing timber structure, construction of new concrete abutments and foundations as required, installation of the prefabricated steel truss superstructure, placement of decking and safety railings, and reconstruction of trail approaches to tie into the existing corridor.

DPW Hickory Maintenance Facility Fuel Tank/Dock---------------------Contractor will be responsible for turnkey delivery and installation of two (2) 5,000-gallon UL-2085 Fireguard Fuel Tanks or approved equal and (1) Automated Fuel Management System at St Tammany Parish Hickory Maintenance Barn located at 67835 Hwy 41, Pearl River, LA 70452.The fuel tanks shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing fuel tank installation. The new fuel management system must be an OPW Petro Vend PV200. No substitutions will be allowed due to compatibility issues with the existing OPW Petro Vend Fuel Management System already in place.

Charlie St. Extension---------------------------------This project involves the full roadway construction of the extension of Charlie St to Three Rivers Rd. The project will include subsurface drainage & installation of open ditches, earthwork & base course, new asphalt concrete roadway paving, and signage & striping.
