Structure Demolition & Slab Removal----The Parish is seeking a Contractor for the demolition and debris removal of ten (10) single-family residential homes, along with associated improvements, located in Slidell, Louisiana 70461. St. Tammany Parish Government has acquired certain properties located throughout the Parish as part of the Louisiana Watershed Initiative – St. Tammany Parish Buyout Grant Program. In accordance with federal grant requirements, properties purchased with federal funds through this program must be permanently restricted to open space, recreational, or wetlands management uses. To comply with these requirements and facilitate the return of these properties to a natural state, the Parish is soliciting quotes for demolition and debris removal services.

Hoover Drive & Lawes St. Improvements---------------The work specified in this project will require the contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials necessary to improve the roadway surface by milling and overlaying approximately 3,900 linear feet of asphaltic concrete along Hoover Dr and approximately 1,970 linear feet of asphaltic concrete along Lawes St. The project will also include the installation of surbsurface drainage improvements, as well as radius improvements at the intersection of Hoover Dr and Lawes St, in addition to new striping and replacment of signage. This work, as specified in these documents and construction plans, is located along Hoover Dr (R08M007) Section 12-13, Township 9S, Range 14E, and Lawes St (R08M005) Section 12, Township 9S, Range 14E, Slidell, LA 70461.
