IFB#FPC-23-08 MSC OLB Roof Replacement
Brief Scope:
The work consists of a partial re-roof of the Okeson Library on the UAA Mat-Su College campus, built circa 1981. Only the upper roof is being replaced. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove the existing roof system, install new tapered insulation, increase the R-value, replace roof drains, increase the parapet height as required and install a new warrantied EPDM roof system.
