This project will consist of selective demolition of the Biological Treatment room interior finishes and HVAC systems. Removal and reinstallation of certain items will also be necessary. New work will include insulation, air barriers and sealing off penetrations. Interior paint and repairs to existing aluminum-faced storefronts and glazed aluminum curtain walls. Installation of a new dehumidification unit with associated ductwork, new wall mounted instantaneous water heater to the heat pump loop, new supply and return water connections, valves, etc., and a new exhaust fan with pressurization control system.
