ORANG REPAIR AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE UNIT B216
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held 9/9/2025 at 10:00 A.M. PST at Kingsley Field ANG Base, Building 221, Klamath Falls, OR 97603. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. A site visit will also be held following the meeting.
Due to security conditions, all Pre-Bid Meeting attendees must register to attend the conference and site visit. Interested groups must email agonzalez@klamathfalls.city with attendees’ full names, DL#, birth date, company name, and telephone number.
NOTICE: Any website or technical questions regarding submissions through Bid Express must be routed through Bid Express. The Bid Express support team can be reached by calling (888) 352-2439 Monday through Friday, 5:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. PST.

ORANG Repair Aircraft Maintenance Unit B216 Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Repairing of existing Building 216 for use as the new Aircraft Maintenance Unit Shop. The facility shall match existing interior and exterior base construction standards with concrete floor slabs, carpet, metal wall studs, EIFS siding, standing seam metal roof, required security alarms and fire suppression. Facility will also require upgrade to electrical service for increased maintenance equipment loads.
The 173rd Fighter Wing mission is an AETC F-15C pilot training base in support of 26 PAA and 32 TAI F-15 aircraft and is scheduled for conversion to F-35 aircraft in FY26. Located at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, OR, B216 requires an adequately sized, properly configured, environmentally safe, secure Aircraft Maintenance Unit Shop in support of 26 PAA F-35A aircraft. The building was originally constructed in 1996 as the Fire Crash/Rescue Station. It requires thorough upgrading and reconfiguration to be efficiently and safely used as the new Aircraft Maintenance Unit Shop.

The City of Klamath Falls (“City”) is seeking a qualified consultant or consultants to provide professional design services for the replacement and expansion of two existing Center Reservoir water storage tanks located at the 700 block of 6th Street.
This project intends to replace the two (2) existing Center Reservoir 800,000-gallon riveted steel tanks. Design and construction of two (2) reservoirs, up to 5 million gallons each, over the next 5 to 10 years would allow the City to decommission the two existing tanks and three additional off-site tanks. The City currently owns a large enough parcel of land at the Center Reservoir site to allow for the proposed construction. Total project cost estimate is $12 to $16 million.

The City of Klamath Falls Police Department is seeking to equip six 2025 Ford Police Interceptor SUVs (AWD). The Ford PI SUV vehicles will be outfitted as patrol vehicles as outlined in the RFP attached to this solicitation.
The City seeks the assistance of an experienced vendor that can accomplish all the functionality identified in the attached RFP. The City also seeks a vendor that has the capability of integrating additional features and functionality that may be identified in the future. The experienced vendor should have a team of experts who understand local government to help us achieve our vision - all while providing support.

Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Construction of approximately 2,400 LF of 12-inch C900 PVC water transmission main within Eberlein Avenue, installation of fire hydrant assemblies, connections to existing water main and water booster station building, cold plane pavement removal and asphaltic concrete paving.
10/13/23 - Should be noted the paint on the stand pipes that are to be demo'd are coated with paint containing lead.
Additionally completion dates are clarified as follows: System must be back online by April 15, 2024. The remainder of the work must be completed no later than June 30, 2024.
