The new roofing system will include new pre-finished sheet metal roof top items to replace/flash all current, existing items in a like for like manner so that all roof top items and penetrations, and roof top equipment and items match the new roofing system in color. Miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work to accommodate the proposed work on the project.
