Interior alterations include revising layout and finishes of existing offices, meeting, and auxiliary spaces and includes mechanical, electrical, technology, fire protection and security infrastructure work.

The restroom building provides men’s and women’s restrooms as well as a single-use enclosed ADA-compliant restrooms for visitors.
