Request for Qualifications for Fifteen (15) Trade Contractor Packages: Masonry; Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Glass & Glazing; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Resilient Floors; Terrazzo; Painting; Elevators; Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical, for Holyoke Soldiers’ Home – Long-term Care Facility and Campus Framework, Holyoke, MA. This project will provide a new home and long-term care facility for 234 veterans. This project includes demolition and removal of three existing buildings, and construction of a new nine-story high rise steel frame building (approximately 350,000 square feet) with brick and curtain wall exterior.

Request for Qualifications for Two (2) Trade Contractor Packages: Resilient Floors - Second Request ($2,510,000); Elevators - Second Request ($5,390,000), for Lemuel Shattuck Hospital Renovation/Replacement, Boston, MA. This project is a comprehensive modernization of an existing 405,000 GSF hospital building, which consists of two interconnected buildings, to serve as a replacement for the existing Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. Selected systems will be modernized in some fashion, and the remainder will be replaced in their entirety.

Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for Certain State Buildings in Boston, Lowell and Salem, MA. This project is for testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the referenced buildings. This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M Sitework Only Projects and Building Projects $50,000 to $150,000.

Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for Seven (7) Trade Contractor Packages: Acoustical Tile ($195,000); Resilient Floors ($51,000); Painting ($100,000); Fire Protection Sprinkler System ($98,000); Plumbing ($47,000); HVAC ($1,098,000); Electrical ($1,799,000) for DCP - State Transportation Building and MITC - Renovation and Modernization, Boston and Chelsea, MA. This project will renovate and modernize approximately 27,000 SF at the State Transportation Building in Boston, including a revised partition layout, new ceilings, painting, flooring upgrades, minimal plumbing, new sprinkler drops/heads, HVAC upgrades, new power and data wiring. The project also includes renovation and modernization of approximately 4,000 SF at the Mass. Information Technology Center in Chelsea, including construction of a dispatch room, reconfiguration of partitions, new wall and floor finishes, new plumbing, fire protection modifications, new power, and data wiring. The Construction Manager is G. Greene Construction, Inc.

DOC Bridgewater - Underground Steam and Condensate Piping Installation, Bridgewater, MA. This project includes replacement of underground condensate piping at the Old Colony Correctional Facility, replacement of piping and insulation in existing manholes, and complete refurbishment and replacement of equipment in the Pump House. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Electrical. The Category of Work is HVAC OR Mechanical Systems.
