Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services, Fire Services Southeast Campus, Site Infrastructure & Burn Building, Bridgewater, MA. This project is the first phase of a long-term build out on the former Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center into a Department of Fire Services facility. This project will include the construction of two components: the site utilities and infrastructure; and construction of a new Class A Burn Building prop. Approximately 9 acres of the site will be developed as a “tactical village” of firefighter training props, outdoor classrooms, and support buildings.

DOC Bridgewater – Underground Condensate Piping Replacement, Bridgewater, MA. This project consists of the replacement of underground condensate piping and condensate pumps in each building on the DOC Bridgewater campus, which consists of three major areas. The condensate piping (only), including all condensate pumps for all buildings served by the central steam system will be replaced while existing steam piping and manholes remain active. The piping replacement includes installation of new direct-buried piping, new manholes and a complete overhaul of the State hospital pump house. 240 Bed Facility, Roof and HVAC Replacement, Middleton Jail & HOC, Middleton, MA. This project includes roof and HVAC replacement and renovation of the chiller plant and associated trench and pipe work. Accessibility upgrades to one cell unit and one shower stall, cane rail installation, and new ADA Bench are required. The facility is fully occupied, which will require that the project, which will be inside the security perimeter of the correctional facility, be phased. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Roofing & Flashing; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is General Building Construction. Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services, DCP - McCormack Building - Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA. This Project is for the repairs of the exterior envelope of a 22-story building. The scope of work includes sealant replacement and flashing of the pre-cast concrete and curtain wall façade, 8th floor IGU replacement, roof & drain replacement at the 22nd floor inset roof and elevator lobby, and repairs of the plaza waterproofing and concrete.

Massachusetts Information Technology Center - Renovation and Modernization Phase 2, Chelsea, MA. This project involves interior remodeling of an existing office building, including first floor relocation of LWD print and mail shop; second floor renovation to provide new office space; minor HVAC and fire protection work to support new and rearranged rooms, and demountable partitions. New demountable partition specification for DIRTT is proprietary. Installation shall be by DIRTT certified installer.
