This project is the first phase of a long-term build out on the former Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center into a Department of Fire Services facility. This project consists of the replacement of underground condensate piping and condensate pumps in each building on the DOC Bridgewater campus, which consists of three major areas. This Project is for the repairs of the exterior envelope of a 22-story building. The scope of work includes sealant replacement and flashing of the pre-cast concrete and curtain wall façade, 8th floor IGU replacement, roof & drain replacement at the 22nd floor inset roof and elevator lobby, and repairs of the plaza waterproofing and concrete.
