Re-bid: Dehumidification Upgrades - Springfield Hall of Justice, Springfield, MA. This project involves HVAC renovation work to an existing courtroom facility. Upgrade existing HVAC system serving 20 courtrooms. Replace 20 existing non-functioning electric reheat coils. Replace 8 existing hot water coils with new electric reheat coils. Replace spline ceiling with ACT ceiling in areas where work will be completed. Provide power to new electric reheat coils as well as existing electric reheat coils where power isn't provided. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: HVAC; Electrical, which have already been received. General Contractor will hold a cost for HVAC work, which did not receive a Filed Sub-Bid.
